Directions
INGREDIENTS
- 100ml Solas Rosé Reservé
- 100ml Sparkling Simply Better Sicilian Lemonade
- Two heaped tablespoons of Simply Better Italian Raspberry Sorbet
- 1 teaspoon of freshly squeezed lemon juice
- 1 fresh mint sprig
METHOD
- Pour 100 ml Solas Rosé Reservé and 100 ml Sparkling Sicilian Lemonade into a blender.
- Add two heaped tablespoons of raspberry sorbet and one teaspoon of fresh lemon juice.
- Fill your serving glass with ice to measure the correct amount, then add that ice to the blender.
- Secure the lid and blend for 10–15 seconds until smooth and slushy.
- Pour into your glass and garnish with a fresh mint sprig.
