Ingredients
4 Dunnes Stores weetabix, crushed
200ml Dunnes Stores High Protein milk
1 banana, sliced
4 tubs Dunnes Stores Vanilla Protein yoghurt
Small handful of fresh raspberries
Dunnes Stores Wholefoods Squeezy Peanut Butter, to serve
Directions

INGREDIENTS

  • 4 Dunnes Stores Weetabix, crushed
  • 200ml Dunnes Stores High Protein milk
  • 1 banana, sliced
  • 4 tubs Dunnes Stores Vanilla Protein yoghurt
  • Small handful of fresh raspberries
  • Dunnes Stores Wholefoods Squeezy Peanut Butter, to serve

 

METHOD

  1. Add the crushed cereal to a bowl and pour over the milk. Mix until the mixture is damp, then divide between 4 containers – make sure they have a lid as you will need to leave the cheesecake overnight.
  2. Spread the mixture evenly over the bottom of each container, then top the base with some slices of banana.
  3. Spoon the protein yoghurt over the banana and spread evenly to cover, then place the lids onto the cheesecakes and place into the fridge overnight or at least for a few hours.
  4. When ready to serve, garnish with a few raspberries and a little squeeze of peanut butter and dig in.
