Protein Cheesecake Breakfast Pots

4 Dunnes Stores weetabix, crushed
200ml Dunnes Stores High Protein milk
1 banana, sliced
4 tubs Dunnes Stores Vanilla Protein yoghurt
Small handful of fresh raspberries
Dunnes Stores Wholefoods Squeezy Peanut Butter, to serve
Directions
INGREDIENTS
- 4 Dunnes Stores Weetabix, crushed
- 200ml Dunnes Stores High Protein milk
- 1 banana, sliced
- 4 tubs Dunnes Stores Vanilla Protein yoghurt
- Small handful of fresh raspberries
- Dunnes Stores Wholefoods Squeezy Peanut Butter, to serve
METHOD
- Add the crushed cereal to a bowl and pour over the milk. Mix until the mixture is damp, then divide between 4 containers – make sure they have a lid as you will need to leave the cheesecake overnight.
- Spread the mixture evenly over the bottom of each container, then top the base with some slices of banana.
- Spoon the protein yoghurt over the banana and spread evenly to cover, then place the lids onto the cheesecakes and place into the fridge overnight or at least for a few hours.
- When ready to serve, garnish with a few raspberries and a little squeeze of peanut butter and dig in.
