2 tsp caster sugar
1 mint sprigs
2 tbsp fresh or frozen pomegranate seeds
30ml gin
30ml grenadine
150ml sparkling water

- 1 lime, cut into wedges
- 2 tsp caster sugar
- 1 mint sprigs
- 2 tbsp fresh or frozen pomegranate seeds
- 30ml gin
- 30ml grenadine
- 150ml sparkling water
METHOD
- Combine mint, sugar, pomegranate seeds, gin, grenadine and a squeeze of lime to a glass.
- Stir until combined
- Add crushed ice.
- Top with sparkling water.
