Ingredients
200g Simply Better Irish Angus Fillet Steak, thinly sliced
2 tbsp Simply Better Cold Pressed Rapeseed Oil
3 Garlic Cloves, crushed and chopped
80g Onion, sliced
50g Spring Onions, cut to 4 cm
80g Mixed Peppers, sliced
2 Chillies, sliced
50g Oyster and Shitake Mushrooms
10g Fresh Basil
100g Simply Better Thai Original Wok Sauce
Directions
INGREDIENTS
- 200g Simply Better Irish Angus Fillet Steak, thinly sliced
- 2 tbsp Simply Better Cold Pressed Rapeseed Oil
- 3 Garlic Cloves, crushed and chopped
- 80g Onion, sliced
- 50g Spring Onions, cut to 4cm
- 80g Mixed Peppers, sliced
- 2 Chillies, sliced
- 50g Oyster and Shitake Mushrooms
- 10g Fresh Basil
- 100g Simply Better Thai Original Wok Sauce
METHOD
- Bring a wok to a medium to high heat and add the oil, garlic and chillies and stir until there is a good aroma.
- Add the beef fillet and stir for a minute before adding the onion, spring onions, peppers and mushrooms.
- Add the Original Wok Sauce and stir in well.
- Stir for one minute to keep the vegetables crunchy.
- Just before serving add the basil.
- Perfect served with Simply Better Organic Jasmine Rice.
Tip: You can use any mushrooms in season for this dish.
