Ingredients
200g Simply Better Irish Angus Fillet Steak, thinly sliced
2 tbsp Simply Better Cold Pressed Rapeseed Oil
3 Garlic Cloves, crushed and chopped
80g Onion, sliced
50g Spring Onions, cut to 4 cm
80g Mixed Peppers, sliced
2 Chillies, sliced
50g Oyster and Shitake Mushrooms
10g Fresh Basil
100g Simply Better Thai Original Wok Sauce
Directions

INGREDIENTS

  • 200g Simply Better Irish Angus Fillet Steak, thinly sliced
  • 2 tbsp Simply Better Cold Pressed Rapeseed Oil
  • 3 Garlic Cloves, crushed and chopped
  • 80g Onion, sliced
  • 50g Spring Onions, cut to 4cm
  • 80g Mixed Peppers, sliced
  • 2 Chillies, sliced
  • 50g Oyster and Shitake Mushrooms
  • 10g Fresh Basil
  • 100g Simply Better Thai Original Wok Sauce

METHOD

  1. Bring a wok to a medium to high heat and add the oil, garlic and chillies and stir until there is a good aroma.
  2. Add the beef fillet and stir for a minute before adding the onion, spring onions, peppers and mushrooms.
  3. Add the Original Wok Sauce and stir in well.
  4. Stir for one minute to keep the vegetables crunchy.
  5. Just before serving add the basil.
  6. Perfect served with Simply Better Organic Jasmine Rice.

Tip: You can use any mushrooms in season for this dish.
