Directions

INGREDIENTS

  • Smirnoff No. 21 Vodka - 50 ml
  • Passoã Passion Fruit Liqueur - 25 ml
  • Vanilla Syrup - 10 ml
  • Tropical Juice - 35 ml
  • Fresh passion fruit - ½
  • Ice

 

METHOD

  • Put Smirnoff No. 21 Vodka, Passoã Passion Fruit Liqueur, half a fresh passion fruit, tropical juice, and a dash of vanilla syrup into a cocktail shaker with ice and shake.
  • Serve in a glass and garnish with half a passion fruit.
  • Enjoy with a small serve of prosecco.

 

To make vanilla syrup

  1. Combine caster sugar and hot water in a 2:1 ratio (recommended: 500g sugar to 250ml hot water).
  2. Add 5ml vanilla essence.
  3. Mix together until fully blended.
