- 1 tsp olive oil
- 8 Irish pork sausages
- 4 hot dog buns
- Ketchup and honey mustard, to serve
METHOD
- Heat a grill pan on a medium heat and cook the sausages until golden and almost charred.
- Set aside and keep warm. Heat the buns on the grill pan until warm and toasted.
- Serve the sausages in the warm buns with a drizzle of ketchup and mustard.
