Ingredients
1 banana per person (1/2 for toddlers and smaller children)
125ml (1/2 cup) Full-Fat Greek yogurt
6 strawberries diced
6 raspberries
2 tbsp Dunnes Stores Granola
1 heaped tsp melted dark chocolate per person
Directions

I honestly cannot tell you enough how delicious this recipe turned out! The only sweetener is one heaped teaspoon of dark chocolate and the rest is fruit and Greek yogurt. You can also swap out the chocolate for a homemade chia jam, but for me a little chocolate is good for the soul.

 

INGREDIENTS

  • 1 banana per person (1/2 for toddlers and smaller children)
  • 125ml (1/2 cup) Full-Fat Greek yogurt
  • 6 strawberries diced
  • 6 raspberries
  • 2 tbsp Dunnes Stores Granola
  • 1 heaped tsp melted dark chocolate per person

METHOD

  1. Peel bananas, then slice in half longways.
  2. Top with yogurt, then sprinkle over diced strawberries.
  3. Tear the raspberries in half and add a few to each portion, then top with a sprinkle of Dunnes Stores Granola. For smaller children, grind the granola into a finer power to keep it safe.
  4. To serve, drizzle over a heaped teaspoon of melted chocolate and enjoy!
