60ml gin
30ml cream
1 whole egg separated
15ml maple syrup
Nutmeg to garnish

INGREDIENTS

  • 60ml Gin
  • 30ml Cream
  • 1 Whole Egg separated
  • 15ml Maple Syrup
  • Nutmeg to garnish

 

METHOD

  1. Place egg yolk in cocktail shaker with a few ice cubes.
  2. Seal shaker and shake for 10 seconds.
  3. Open shaker, fill with ice, and add gin, cream, egg white, and maple syrup.
  4. Shake vigorously for 20 seconds.
  5. Strain into chilled coupe glass.
  6. Grate nutmeg over top and serve.
