Neven Maguire's Cinnamon Swirl Bake

Ingredients
1 packet Simply Better All Butter Cinnamon Swirls
125ml Simply Better Single Source Irish Jersey Cream
50g Butter, extra for greasing
100g Dark Brown Sugar
½ tsp Simply Better Organic Ground Cinnamon
1 tub of Simply Better Cream Cheese (Optional)

INGREDIENTS
- 1 packet Simply Better All Butter Cinnamon Swirls
- 125ml Simply Better Single Source Irish Jersey Cream
- 50g Butter, extra for greasing
- 100g Dark Brown Sugar
- ½ tsp Simply Better Organic Ground Cinnamon
- 1 tub of Simply Better Cream Cheese (Optional)
DIRECTIONS
- Preheat the oven to 180°C (350°F/Gas Mark 4). Grease a square Roaster and arrange the cinnamon swirls in a single layer with the tail ends meeting in the middle. Pour over the cream.
- Melt the butter in the microwave and whisk in the sugar and cinnamon. Drizzle over the swirls. Cover with tin foil and bake for 30 minutes, then remove the tin foil and return to the oven for another 6-8 minutes or until golden. Serve warm straight to the table.
Neven's Top Tip: To make a cream cheese glaze, mix 100g of Simply Better Irish Original Cream Cheese with 2 tablespoons of softened butter, 75g sifted icing sugar and one tablespoon of Simply Better Organic Grade A Canadian Maple Syrup and drizzle on the cinnamon swirl bake just before serving.
