Chocolate & Banana Brownie Baked Oats

2 mashed bananas
2 eggs
350ml (1.5 cups) milk of your choice
1 cup self raising flour
1 cup oats (blended into a flour)
1 tsp bicarbonate of soda
1 heaped dessert spoon cocoa powder
2 tbsp olive oil

INGREDIENTS
- 2 mashed bananas
- 2 eggs
- 350ml (1.5 cups) milk of your choice
- 1 cup self raising flour
- 1 cup oats (blended into a flour)
- 1 tsp bicarbonate of soda
- 1 heaped dessert spoon cocoa powder
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- Small handful dark chocolate chips (optional)
To serve;
- Greek yogurt, chopped strawberries, mint leaves.
METHOD
- Preheat oven to 180ºC/350ºF
- Mash the bananas and eggs in a baking dish until smooth.
- Add the remaining ingredients and fold until it turns into a batter.
- Then sprinkle over the chocolate chips.
- I stirred a few in and sprinkled extra on top.
- Bake for 25-30 minutes until golden.
- A skewer should come out clean.
- Leave to cool before serving.
