Airfryer Apple Pie Baked Oats

Ingredients
2 cups oats
2 cups milk of your choice
1 tsp ground cinnamon
1 egg whisked
2 tbsp melted coconut oil
1/2 tsp baking powder
2 apples peeled and sliced
Natural yogurt
Chia seeds
Directions

- 2 cups oats
- 2 cups milk of your choice
- 1 tsp ground cinnamon
- 1 egg whisked
- 2 tbsp melted coconut oil
- 1/2 tsp baking powder
- 2 apples peeled and sliced
- Extra sprinkle cinnamon
- Natural yogurt and chia seeds to serve
METHOD
- Add the oats, milk, cinnamon, egg, coconut oil and baking powder to the airfryer. Using a non-metal spoon stir well until fully combined. Cook at 180ºC/350ºF for 15 minutes until set.
- While it’s cooking, add the sliced apples to the airfryer, sprinkle over a little cinnamon and bake for 10 minutes or until soft. Then add to the oats and bake for a further 5 minutes.
- Serve with natural yogurt and a sprinkle of chia seeds.
