Ingredients
2 cups oats
2 cups milk of your choice
1 tsp ground cinnamon
1 egg whisked
2 tbsp melted coconut oil
1/2 tsp baking powder
2 apples peeled and sliced
Natural yogurt
Chia seeds
Directions

INGREDIENTS

  • 2 cups oats
  • 2 cups milk of your choice
  • 1 tsp ground cinnamon
  • 1 egg whisked
  • 2 tbsp melted coconut oil
  • 1/2 tsp baking powder
  • 2 apples peeled and sliced
  • Extra sprinkle cinnamon
  • Natural yogurt and chia seeds to serve

METHOD

  1. Add the oats, milk, cinnamon, egg, coconut oil and baking powder to the airfryer. Using a non-metal spoon stir well until fully combined. Cook at 180ºC/350ºF for 15 minutes until set.
  2. While it’s cooking, add the sliced apples to the airfryer, sprinkle over a little cinnamon and bake for 10 minutes or until soft. Then add to the oats and bake for a further 5 minutes.
  3. Serve with natural yogurt and a sprinkle of chia seeds.
