My Toddlers Smoothie Bowls

1 cup milk of your choice
1/2 cup Greek yogurt
1/2 cup porridge oats
2 cups frozen tropical fruit
1/2 cup frozen cauliflower
Berry Granola
Crushed mixed seeds (pumpkin and sunflower)
Smooth peanut Butter
Raspberries
Mint leaves

Smoothie
- 1 cup milk of your choice
- 1/2 cup Greek yogurt
- 1/2 cup porridge oats
- 2 cups frozen tropical fruit
- 1/2 cup frozen cauliflower
Toppings
- Berry Granola
- Crushed mixed seeds (pumpkin and sunflower)
- Smooth Peanut Butter
- Raspberries
- Mint leaves
METHOD
- Add all of the smoothie mixture to a blender or food processor. Blend until it breaks up and turns into a smooth mixture. You may have to scrape down the sides a few times, but it will start to turn into a scoopable ice cream texture.
- Add to a bowl, then top with Granola, crushed seeds, peanut butter, raspberries and mint leaves. For babies and smaller little ones, crush the granola and seeds until fine.
- Eat right away or if you have leftovers store in the freezer.
