Refrigerate 0-4C. Consume within 24 hours of opening and by 'use by date. Suitable for home Freezing, If freezing, freeze on the day of purchase and consume within 2 months. Defrost thoroughly in refrigerator before cooking and use within 24 hours. Once thawed do not refreeze.

Cooking Guidelines
Cooking Instructions - General - Cooking times will vary with appliances. Remove all packaging and allow steak to come up to room temperature for 10-15 minutes before cooking. Drizzle with a little oil and season with salt and freshly ground black pepper. Allow Steak to rest for 5 minutes before serving. Do Not Reheat.
Grill - From Chilled - Rare 5-7 mins., Medium 7-9 mins., Well Done 10-12 mins.
Preheat grill to a Medium temperature. Place steaks under grill and cook for times indicated, turning occasionally.
Shallow Fry - From Chilled - Rare 2-4 mins., Medium 6-8 mins., Well Done 8-10 mins.
Preheat pan over a High heat. Sear steak on both sides, reduce the heat to Medium and cook for times indicated, turning occasionally.
Ensure product is piping hot throughout.
