Microwave - From Frozen - 1. Place sealed bag of dim'sum in the microwave (Please do not open or pierce bag!)
2. Microwave for 2 mins [900W] or 2 mins 30 seconds (750W)
3. Remove tray from bag and leave to stand for 3 mins
Steam - From Frozen - 1. Poke holes in greaseproof paper to line a colander (or use a steamer liner)
2. Place the colander above a pan of softly boiling water
3. Place dim'sum in the colander, cover with a lid and steam for 12 mins
4. Leave to stand for 1 min
Preparation and Usage
If microwaving, no need to open this bag
Make your own dipping sauce
2 tsp soy sauce
1 tsp vinegar (any)
1 tsp honey
1/2 tsp sesame oil
Or...Perfect with Itsu crispy chilli oil
