Consume within 24 hours of opening and by 'use by' date. For 'use by' date and weight, see front of pack. Suitable for home freezing. If freezing, freeze on the day of purchase and consume within 1 month. Defrost thoroughly in refrigerator before cooking and use within 24 hours. Once thawed do not refreeze.

Cooking Guidelines
Cooking Instructions - General - Cooking times will vary with appliances, the following are guidelines only. Remove all packaging.
Ensure Product is Piping Hot Throughout. Do not Reheat.
Oven cook - From Chilled - 200°C, Fan 180°C, Gas 6 8-10 mins.
Preheat oven. Wrap the sea bass with the butter loosely in parchment paper. Place skin side down on a baking tray on the middle shelf of the oven and cook for time indicated.
Shallow Fry - From Chilled - 6-8 mins.
Remove butter discs from sea bass and set to one side. Preheat 5ml of oil in a pan over a Medium heat. Place the sea bass skin side down in pan and cook gently for 4-6 minutes, until the skin is golden and crispy. Turn the sea bass, add the butter to the pan and baste the fillets while cooking for the final 2 minutes.
