Storage
Keep refrigerated 0°C +4°C consume within 24 hours of opening and house by' date. For use by' date, see front of back. Suitable for home freezing. If freezing, freeze op the day of purchase and consume within 1 month. Defrost thoroughly in refrigerator before cooking and use within 24 hours. Once thawed do not refreeze.

Cooking Guidelines
Cooking Instructions - General - Cooking times will vary with appliances, the following are guidelines only. Remove all outer packaging.
Once cooked, cover with foil an allow to rest for 15 minutes before carving. Ensure product is piping hot throughout do not reheat.
Hob - From Chilled - 30mins per 500g
Place the eye loin joint in a saucepan of boiling water, return to the boil and simmer for time indicated. Drain and serve.
Oven cook - From Chilled - 180°C / Fan 160°C / Gas 5, 35mins. per 500g plus 15mins. extra
Preheat oven. Place the eye loin joint on a roasting dish and cover loosely with foil. Place on the middle shelf of the oven and cook for time indicated. Remove foil for the last 15 minutes of cooking to brown the joint.
