The climate is also continental, resulting in long sunny days and noticeably cooler nights. Modern viticultural and winemaking techniques mean that the climate can be seen as one of the regions strengths. Long sunshine hours ensure fruit ripens fully and low relative humidity results in little incidence of disease.
Vinification Details - The fruit was crushed and destemmed and selected parcels were fermented in French and American oak prior to blending. The final blend has seen further American Oak to balance the fruit to oak ratio.
Winemaker - Jamie Saint

Allergy Advice
Sulphur Dioxide/Sulphites - Contains

Wine Colour
Colour - White

Storage Type
Ambient

Recommended Storage
Storage Type - This wine is ideal for drinking now but can be kept for up to <>

Safety Statements
Pregnancy Warning

Country
Country of Origin - Australia

Provenance
Wine of Australia

Company Name
Australian Vintage (UK) Limited / Australian Vintage (Europe) Limited

Company Address
Australian Vintage (UK) Limited,
