Keep Refrigerated 0°C to 4°C Consume within 24h of opening and by 'use by' date. For 'use by date' and weight, see front of pack. Suitable for home freezing. If freezing, freeze on the day of purchase and consume within 1 month. Defrost thoroughly in refrigerator before cooking and use within 24 hours. Once thawed do not refreeze.

Cooking Guidelines
Oven cook - From Chilled - Cooking times will vary with appliances. The following are guidelines only.
Remove all packaging and allow meat to come up to room temperature for 45 min. before cooking. Drizzle with a little olive oil and season with sea salt and cracked black pepper.
180°C, 160°C with fan, Gas 4.
Cooking time:
Rare: 30 min. per 500g + 25 min.
Extra Medium:35 min. per 500g + 25 min.
Extra Well Done: 40 min.per 500g+25min.
Extra Oven: Preheat oven. Sear the joint all over on a dry, hot frying pan. Transfer the joint to a roasting tray and add a little water. Place on the middle shelf of the oven and cook for times indicated.
