Cooking Guidelines
Cooking Instructions - General - Cooking times will vary with appliances, the following are guidelines only. Remove all packaging. For best results always cook from frozen.
Always Check the Product is Piping Hot Throughout Before Serving.
Do Not Reheat Once Cooked.
Hob - From Frozen - 4-6 mins.
Place spinach in a saucepan with some tablespoon water on a medium heat and simmer for time shown. Stir and serve.
Microwave - From Frozen - 650W 5-7 mins., 750W 4-6 mins., 850W 3-5 min.
Place 160g of spinach onto a microwaveable plate and cook for time indicated, stirring half way through cooking.
Allow to stand for 1 minute. Stir and serve.
