Cooking Guidelines
Cooking Instructions - General - Cooking times will vary with appliances, the following are guidelines only. Not Suitable for Microwave Cooking. Remove All Packaging. For Best Results Always Cook from Frozen. Always Check the Product is Piping Hot Throughout Before Serving. Do Not Reheat Once Cooked.
Deep Fry - From Frozen - 175°C, 5 mins.
Preheat oil to the required temperature as indicated above. Place fish fingers in the deep fat fryer and cook for time indicated above. Drain and serve.
Oven cook - From Frozen - 220°C, Fan 200°C, Gas 7, 15 mins
Preheat oven to required temperature shown above. Place fish fingers on a baking tray on the middle shelf of the oven and cook for time indicated.
Shallow Fry - From Frozen - 6-8 mins.
Preheat a teaspoon (10ml) of oil in a pan over a Medium heat. Place fish fingers in pan and cook gently for time indicated, turning occasionally. Drain and serve.
