Suitable for home freezing. If freezing, freeze on the day of purchase and consume within 1 month.
Defrost thoroughly in refrigerator before cooking and use within 24 hours. Once thawed do not refreeze.

Preparation and Usage
Cooking times will vary with appliances, the following are guidelines only. Cook in foil tray provided. Remove outer bag before cooking.
200°C, Fan 180°C, Gas 6, 1 hour 30 mins.
If stuffing the turkey breast, place the stuffing in the 'neck end' and allow an extra 20 minutes cooking time per 500g of stuffing used.
Per 500g of stuffing used.
Preheat oven. Cover the turkey crown loosely with foil and, in foil tray provided, place on a baking tray on the middle shelf of the oven and cook for time indicated above. Remove the foil for the last 30 minutes of cooking to brown the skin. Ensure the turkey crown is thoroughly cooked before serving. To check, insert a skewer into the crown, if the turkey crown is cooked juices will run clear, if not, continue to cook and repeat check.
Caution: There may be a build-up of liquid in the base of the tray during cooking. Care must be taken when removing from the oven.
Once cooked, cover with foil and allow to rest for 20 minutes. Do not reheat.
