1 Pack of Simply Better Irish Corn Fed Chicken Wings
Spring Onions, finely sliced
1 Red Chilli, finely sliced
3 Tbsp. Simply Better Irish Made Soy & Ginger Sauce
3 Tbsp. Simply Better Spanish Orange Blossom Honey
1 Tsp. Simply Better Organic Spicy Pepper & Herb Seasoning
1-2 Cloves Garlic, crushed
Directions
INGREDIENTS
- 1 Pack of Simply Better Irish Corn Fed Chicken Wings
- Spring Onions, finely sliced
- 1 Red Chilli, finely sliced
For the Marinade:
- 3 Tbsp. Simply Better Irish Made Soy & Ginger Sauce
- 3 Tbsp. Simply Better Spanish Orange Blossom Honey
- 1 Tsp. Simply Better Organic Spicy Pepper & Herb Seasoning
- 1-2 Cloves Garlic, crushed
METHOD
- Mix the soy and ginger sauce, honey, crushed garlic and seasoning in a bowl.
- Place the chicken sings in a single layer in a large shallow dish or baking tray. Pour or brush over the marinade, cover and place in the fridge for 2-3 hours to marinate or for 24 hours if you have time.
- Cook the chicken wings on a griddle pan for 10 minutes until nicely charred, turning often. Finish the wings in the oven at 200°C Fan for 20 minutes to crisp up and cook through. Garnish with the sliced chilli and spring onion.
