Cooking Guidelines
Cooking Instructions - General - This product must be cooked prior to consumption. The following are guidelines only, as all appliances vary. Remove all packaging before cooking.
Ensure product is fully cooked to a minimum internal temperature of 75°C and is piping hot throughout prior to serving. Do not reheat. Not suitable for microwave cooking.
Deep Fry - From Chilled - 4-5 mins.
Preheat oil to 190°C. Lower the spiced burgers gently into the oil and cook for 4-5 minutes.
Oven cook - From Chilled - 200°C Fan 180°C Gas 6, 10-12 mins.
Preheat oven to 200°C. Place on a flat baking tray in the middle of the oven and cook for 10-12 minutes.
Turn the burgers halfway through cooking.
