Suitable for Home Freezing
Storage
Refrigerate 0-4C. Consume within 24 hours of opening and by 'use by date. Suitable for home Freezing, If freezing, freeze on the day of purchase and consume within 2 month. Defrost thoroughly in refrigerator before cooking and use within 24 hours. Once thawed do not refreeze.

Cooking Guidelines
Barbecue - General - Cooking times will vary with appliances. Remove all packaging but leave casing on if boiling.
Shallow Fry - From Chilled - Place the ham in a large pan. Cover with water, bring to the boil and skim away any impurities. Leave the ham to simmer, allowing 20 minutes per 450g(1lb).
Oven cook - From Chilled - Pre-heat the oven to 190C/170C Fan/Gas 5. Once cooked, remove the ham from the pan and stand for 10-15 minutes before peeling away the skin. Bake the ham for 30-40 minutes taking care to baste the ham with juices. Once golden, remove from the oven and rest for 15-30 minutes before carving, or leave until cold.
