Refrigerate 0-4c. Consume within 24 hours of opening and by 'use by date'. Suitable for home freezing. If freezing, freeze on the day of purchase and consume within 2 months. Defrost thoroughly in refrigerator before cooking and use within 24 hours. Once thawed do not refreeze.

Preheat grill to a medium temperature. Place steak under grill and cook for times indicated, turning occasionally.
Shallow Fry - From Chilled - Rare 2-4 minutes, Medium 6-8 minutes, Well done 8-10 minutes.
Preheat pan over a high heat, Sear steaks on Both sides, reduce the heat to medium and cook for time indicated, turning occasionally.
