Cooking Instructions - General - For best results oven cook. All Appliances vary, the following are guidelines only. Ensure food is thoroughly cooked before serving. Do not reheat once cooked.
Caution: Tray will be pliable when heated. Ensure you take care when removing it from the appliance and when peeling off the film after heating to avoid scalding. Although every care has been taken to remove all bones, some small bones may remain.
Oven cook - From Chilled - Pierce film and place in preheated oven at 180°C / 160°C Fan/Gas Mark 4 for 18 mins. Leave to stand for 1 minute before serving.
Microwave - From Chilled - Pierce film and cook for 3 mins 10 secs in 900W Appliance, 3 mins 30 secs for 800W and 4 mins for 700W. Leave to stand for 1 minute before serving.
