Cooking Guidelines
Oven cook - From Chilled - This ham is ready to eat but can be heated as below if desired. As all appliances vary the following are guidelines only. Not suitable for microwave heating. Remove all packaging.
200°C, Fan 180°C, Gas 6, 20-25 Mins.
Preheat oven. Carve the joint to the desired thickness. Arrange slices in a fan on a rack, place in a roasting tray with approximately 2cm of water at the base and top up as necessary. Cover with foil, place tray on the middle shelf of the oven and heat for time indicated.
Ensure Product is Piping Hot Throughout. Do Not Reheat Once Heated.
