Keep Refrigerated 0°C to 4°C Consume within 24h of opening and by 'use by' date and weight. Suitable for home freezing. If freezing, freeze on the day of purchase and consume within 1 month. Defrost thoroughly in refrigerator before cooking and use within 24 hours. Once thawed do not refreeze.
Cooking Guidelines
Oven cook - From Chilled - Cooking times will vary with appliances. The following are guidelines only.
Remove all packaging and allow meat to come up to room temperature for 45 min. before cooking. Drizzle with a little olive oil and season with sea salt and cracked black pepper.
Cook in oven: 180°C, 160°C with fan, Gas 4. Cooking time: Rare:20 min. per 500g + 25 min. Extra Medium:25 min. per 500g + 25 min. Extra Well Done:30 min.per 500g+25min. Extra Oven: Preheat oven. Sear the joint all over on a dry, hot frying pan and add a little water. Place on the middle shelf of the oven and cook for times indicated.
