How do I delete / amend my Favourites?

Select the heart icon at the top right of the product to add it to your Favourites. Unselect the heart to remove the item. A link to your Favourites can be found at the top of the screen.




How do I sign in to my account?

Click on the Sign-In button at the top right-hand corner of our website. Enter the same email address and case sensitive password that you used to register and then click the Sign In button.




I’m trying to sign in to my account but I can’t remember my password?

Click on Forgot Your Password, input the email you used to register with us and we will email you a link to reset it. You can also change your password in My Account. To change any personal details on your account like your email, password or phone number, select My Account Settings and then select Profile. Make any changes and then select Save. Please note that you cannot use your Dunnes Stores Fashion and Homewares login or Dunnes Stores App login on our grocery website.




How do I change my password?

Go to My Account at the top right-hand corner of the page and click on My Account Settings. Select Change Password under Account Information.




How do I change my delivery address or create a new one?

Go to My Account at the top right-hand corner of the page. Then click My Account Settings and you will have the option to add, save and delete your addresses. When you are checking out, make sure you have chosen the right delivery address.




Can I use multiple delivery addresses within one account?

You can order to a different address provided it is an address in our catchment area. You cannot, however, send different items in the same order to different addresses. Two separate orders must be completed. There is an option to add a new delivery address on the checkout page.




How can I change or update my payment method?

Go to My Account at the top right-hand corner of the page and click on My Account Settings. Select Payment Methods to add or delete payment options.




How do Past Purchases work?

Once you register your account and add your VALUEclub card, your in-store purchases for the last 6 months will appear in this section. A link to your Past Purchases can be found at the top of the screen.
