30ml Jameson Black Barrel Irish Whiskey
60ml ginger ale
60ml apple juice
30ml sparkling water
Lime wedges, to serve
Apple slices, to serve

INGREDIENTS
- 30ml Jameson Black Barrel Irish Whiskey
- 60ml ginger ale
- 90ml sparkling apple juice
- Lime wedges and apple slices, to serve
METHOD
- Fill a tall glass with ice.
- Add 30ml whiskey to the glass.
- Pour in ginger ale along with a small squeeze of lime.
- Stir, and top with sparkling water and apple juice.
- Serve immediately with a wedge of lime and apple slices.
