1 mango, ripe and cut into chunks
1/2 lime juice
1 tbsp chia seeds
4 tbsp Coconut Drink
Ice
Fresh Passionfruit
Desiccated Coconut
Mint leaves

  • 1 mango, ripe and cut into chunks
  • ½ lime juice
  • 1 tbsp chia seeds
  • 4 tbsp Coconut Drink
  • Ice
  • Fresh Passionfruit
  • Desiccated Coconut
  • Mint leaves

 

METHOD

  1. Add everything to a blender and blitz until smooth and creamy. Scrape down the sides of the blender every now and then to ensure everything is evenly distributed.
  2. Serve in chilled bowls with the passion fruit, chia seeds, desiccated coconut, and mint leaves!
