75ml lemonade

- 50ml vodka
- Small handful of raspberries and 2-3 extra to garnish
- 75ml lemonade
- 50ml prosecco
- Ice cubes
METHOD
- In a small jug, add the vodka and raspberries. Muddle together until smooth.
- Fill your glass of choice with ice. Add the raspberry vodka, prosecco and lemonade and stir.
- Garnish with 2-3 raspberries and serve.
