Pink Gin Cosmopolitan

Four large handfuls of ice
200ml pink gin
120ml lime juice (approx juice of 4 limes) and 1 lime, quartered, to serve
120ml Cointreau
200ml cranberry juice

- Four large handfuls of ice
- 200ml pink gin
- 120ml lime juice (approx juice of 4 limes)
- 120ml Cointreau
- 200ml cranberry juice
- 1 lime, quartered, to serve
METHOD
- Carefully place four, stemmed cocktail glasses in the freezer for at least 30 minutes to frost.
- To make each cocktail at a time, almost fill a cocktail shaker with ice and add a quarter of the ingredients. Pop the lid on and shake vigorously. If you don’t have a shaker, make all in one go in a large jug, stirring the ingredients around in the ice until really well chilled.
- Strain into a frosted glass and serve garnished with a wedge of lime.
