Ingredients
2 cloves of garlic, crushed and chopped
2 tbsp Simply Better Cold Pressed Rapeseed Oil
100g Simply Better Thai Vegetable Wok Sauce
15g Ginger, thinly sliced
50g Button Mushrooms
50g Mixed Peppers, sliced
30g Spring Onions, cut in 4cm length
50g Baby Corn cut in halves
50g Onions, sliced
50g Pak Choy, sliced
50g Broccoli Florets
50g Carrots, sliced
2 Chillies, sliced
Directions
INGREDIENTS
- 2 cloves of garlic, crushed and chopped
- 2 tbsp Simply Better Cold Pressed Rapeseed Oil
- 100g Simply Better Thai Vegetable Wok Sauce
- 15g Ginger, thinly sliced
- 50g Button Mushrooms
- 50g Mixed Peppers, sliced
- 30g Spring Onions, cut in 4cm length
- 50g Baby Corn cut in halves
- 50g Onions, sliced
- 50g Pak Choy, sliced
- 50g Broccoli Florets
- 50g Carrots, sliced
- 2 Chillies, sliced
METHOD
- Blanch the carrots for 3 minutes, the broccoli for 2-3 minutes and baby corn for 1 minute and then plunge in cold water. Keep to one side.
- Bring a wok to a medium to high heat, add the oil, garlic and ginger. Stir until you get a nice aroma.
- Add the mushrooms, peppers, baby corn, spring onions, pak choy, onions and chillies.
- Cook for another 1 to 2 minutes. Add the vegetable wok sauce and mix well for 1 to 2 minutes.
- Perfect served with Simply Better Organic Jasmine Rice.
Tip: Chicken, Beef or Prawns can be added to this dish if liked, ensure the chicken or beef is sliced thinly and add after step 2 before adding the vegetables.
