- 100ml milk
- 100ml Baileys
- 2 scoops of mint chocolate ice cream
To decorate:
- Chocolate
- Whipped cream
- Nuts
- Mint
METHOD
- Add the milk, ice cream and baileys to a blender and blend until smooth.
- Decorate your glass with melted chocolate.
- Add whipped cream and toppings of your choice! We suggest chocolate chunks, mint and nuts.
