Fresh Mixed Berries

1 Apple, grated (optional)
3 tbsp Dunnes Stores Wholefoods Chia Seeds (optional)
2 tbsp Dunnes Clear Squeezy Honey (optional)
½ tsp Ground Cinnamon (optional)
Directions
INGREDIENTS
- 150g Dunnes Stores Oats
- 400ml Dunnes Stores Milk
- Fresh Mixed Berries
Optional Toppings:
- Passionfruit
- Dunnes Stores Wholefoods Flaxseed Crunch
- 1 Apple, grated
- 3 tbsp Dunnes Stores Wholefoods Chia Seeds
- 2 tbsp Dunnes Stores Squeezy Honey
- ½ tsp Ground Cinnamon
METHOD
- Mix all the ingredients together until evenly combined. Place a few whole berries into the bottom of 4 jars and spoon the oat mixture over the top. Cover and leave in the fridge overnight.
- To serve, top with fresh berries or optional toppings if desired.
