100ml Coole Swan
80g cucumber
3 mint leaves

- 100ml Coole Swan
- 80g cucumber
- 3 mint leaves
DIRECTIONS
- Muddle chopped cucumber with two mint leaves for as long as possible to make a paste.
- Add to a shaker and shake hard over ice for 20 seconds.
- Strain through a bar sieve into a cocktail glass and garnish with a wedge of cucumber and a mint leaf.
