200ml vodka
80ml Aperol
250ml orange juice
200ml pink grapefruit juice
Soda water

- 2 large oranges
- 2 lemons
- 2 sprigs of thyme
- Basil leaves
- 200ml vodka
- 80ml Aperol
- 250ml orange juice
- 200ml pink grapefruit juice
- Soda water
METHOD
- Add the oranges, lemon, thyme and basil to a jug and pummel together.
- Then add the vodka, Aperol, orange juice and grapefruit juice.
- Add the ice cubes.
- Top with soda water.
- Stir to combine.
- Serve!
