0% Grapefruit Gin Fizz

Ingredients
1 cup sugar
8 sprigs fresh rosemary
1/2 cup freshly squeezed grapefruit juice
1/2 cup Tanqueray Alcohol Free 0% Spirit
1 lime , juiced
12 ounces Club Soda - or flavoured sparkling water
Cucumber slices, for garnish - optional
Directions
INGREDIENTS
- 1 cup sugar
- 8 sprigs fresh rosemary
- 1/2 cup freshly squeezed grapefruit juice
- 1/2 cup Tanqueray Alcohol Free 0% Spirit
- 1 lime , juiced
- 12 ounces Club Soda - or flavoured sparkling water
- Cucumber slices, for garnish - optional
METHOD
- In a small saucepan, heat rosemary sprigs, water and granulated sugar over medium-high heat. Bring mixture to a boil and stir until the sugar dissolves.
- Remove from heat, cover and steep for 30 minutes. Remove rosemary sprigs and store in the refrigerator until ready to use. Can be made ahead of time.
- To make the gin fizz cocktail, combine 0% gin, grapefruit juice, lime juice and rosemary simple syrup in a shaker filled with ice. Strain into a glass filled with ice. Top with sparkling water, and stir.
- Garnish with a rosemary sprig, and cucumber.
