- 15ml raspberry syrup or grenadine
- 15ml lime juice
- 100ml ginger beer
- Ice
- Lime wheels and raspberries, to serve
METHOD
- In a highball glass or stemmed glass add the gin, raspberry syrup or grenadine, and lime juice.
- Fill the glasses with ice and top with ginger beer.
- Garnish with a lime wheel and raspberry and serve.
