Fish Finger Wraps

4 tortilla wraps
12 fish fingers
4 tbsp mayonnaise
Italian salad
2 tbsp dill, chopped
Juice of half a lemon and lemon wedges to serve

- 4 tortilla wraps
- 12 fish fingers
- 4 tbsp mayonnaise
- Italian salad
- Lemon wedges, to serve
- 2 tbsp dill, chopped
- Juice of half a lemon
METHOD
- Cook the fish fingers in a preheated oven as per package instructions.
- Meanwhile, mix the mayo, dill and lemon juice together and season with salt and freshly ground black pepper and set aside.
- Once the fish fingers are golden and crispy, pile the tortilla wraps with the salad, mayo and fish finger and serve.
Optional serving suggestion: Mix the mayo, dill and lemon juice together and season with salt and freshly ground black pepper.
