100ml Elderflower Tonic Water
100ml Prosecco
Lemon slice
Cucumber slice

INGREDIENTS
- 35ml Hendrick's Gin
- 100ml Elderflower Tonic Water
- 100ml Prosecco
- Lemon slice
- Cucumber slice
METHOD
- Fill a balloon glass with ice.
- Pour in the gin and elderflower tonic, stir for a couple of seconds with a teaspoon.
- Top up with the Prosecco and stir again.
- Garnish with a cucumber & lemon slice.
- Please drink sensibly.
