1 large cucumber, or a few mini cucumbers
1 clove garlic, grated
1 tbsp chilli oil
1 tsp sesame oil
1 tbsp rice vinegar
2 tbsp soy sauce
1 tbsp sesame seeds

  • 1 large cucumber, or a few mini cucumbers
  • 1 clove garlic, grated
  • 1 tbsp chilli oil
  • 1 tsp sesame oil
  • 1 tbsp rice vinegar
  • 2 tbsp soy sauce
  • 1 tbsp sesame seeds

METHOD

  1. Thinly slice your cucumber into a container with a lid. Pour over the rest of the ingredients then place the lid on top and shake to combine all the ingredients.
  2. Serve immediately and enjoy!
