Din Tai Fung Cucumber Salad

1 large cucumber, or a few mini cucumbers
1 clove garlic, grated
1 tbsp chilli oil
1 tsp sesame oil
1 tbsp rice vinegar
2 tbsp soy sauce
1 tbsp sesame seeds

- 1 large cucumber, or a few mini cucumbers
- 1 clove garlic, grated
- 1 tbsp chilli oil
- 1 tsp sesame oil
- 1 tbsp rice vinegar
- 2 tbsp soy sauce
- 1 tbsp sesame seeds
METHOD
- Thinly slice your cucumber into a container with a lid. Pour over the rest of the ingredients then place the lid on top and shake to combine all the ingredients.
- Serve immediately and enjoy!
