Ingredients
125ml (1/2 cup) Milk
250ml (1 cup) Greek yogurt
60ml (1/4 cup) coconut cream (or milk)
8 Strawberries and 2 extra sliced for the topping
1/4 tsp vanilla extract (optional)
1 tbsp Red Berry Granola (optional)
Directions

INGREDIENTS

  • 125ml (1/2 cup) Milk
  • 250ml (1 cup) Greek yogurt
  • 60ml (1/4 cup) coconut cream (or milk)
  • 8 Strawberries
  • 1/4 tsp vanilla extract (optional)
  • 1 tbsp Red Berry Granola (optional)
  • 2 extra strawberries sliced

METHOD

    1. Blend together the milk, yogurt, coconut cream, 8 strawberries and vanilla (if using) until smooth and creamy.
    2. Add the berry granola to a pestle and mortar and grind until it’s smooth and vibrant red.

How to assemble:

    1. If you have a flat ice pop mould, sprinkle a little granola on the base of each one. Then pour in the strawberry milk until 3/4 ways full. Add a few sliced strawberries then top with another light sprinkle of the ground granola.
    2. If you have a stand up mould, pour in the strawberry milk first. Then add a few extra slices of strawberries and freeze. When frozen, remove from the moulds, defrost very slightly then dip the pops into the ground granola until lightly coated.
