Cooking Guidelines
Oven cook - From Frozen - Oven Fan 190°C/Gas 6. For conventional electric ovens, adjust time and temperature to suit.
Preheat oven. Remove film lid and place on a baking tray in the middle of the oven for 50 minutes.
Microwave - From Frozen - Microwave Cat E 800W. Pierce film lid, place on a microwaveable plate and cook for 8 minutes.
Remove film and cook for another 8 minutes.
Stand for 1 minute and stir before serving.
