Shallow Fry - From Chilled - Rare 2-4 minutes, Medium 6-8 minutes, Well done 8-10 minutes. Preheat pan over a high heat, Sear steaks on Both sides, reduce the heat to medium and cook for time indicated, turning occasionally.
