DESCRIPTION

The history of the Champagne house Maison Bonnet goes back a long way in the stunning village of Les Riceys, in Côte des Bar. With three AOC's (controlled designation of origin) the place is unique in the world of winemaking. (Rosé des Riceys AOC, Côteaux Champenois AOC and Champagne AOC).

Grande Réserve represents Ferdinand Bonnet know-how and values. Beyond the very notion of cuvée, it expresses the outstanding quality potential of Pinot Noir grown over Les Riceys with a touch of Chardonnay to soften Pinot's natural tangy flavours. The average maturation on lees is 36 months. It's a blend of five vintages, with 45% reserve wines.
