Preparation and Usage
Preparation method:
1. Empty contents of the sachet into saucepan. Gradually add 500ml of cold water, stirring constantly.
2. Bring to boil, reduce heat, partially cover & simmer for 5 minutes, stirring occasionally.
3. Serve & enjoy!
Chefs tip
Creamy Chicken & Leek Pie: Mix one packet of our leek & potato soup with 450ml of milk. Pour this mixture over 200g cooked chicken and 80g leeks in a pie dish. Top with pastry and bake for a delicious chicken and leek pie that serves two.
