Preparation and Usage
Preparation method:
1. Empty contents of the sachet into saucepan. Gradually add 500ml of cold water, stirring constantly.
2. Bring to boil, reduce heat, partially cover & simmer for 5 minutes, stirring occasionally.
3. Serve & enjoy!
Chefs tip
Wild Mushroom Risotto: Par-cook 180g of risotto rice. Stir the wild mushroom soup mix into some cold water and add to the risotto base, continuing to cook while stirring. Stir the risotto rice until cooked for a rich and flavourful wild mushroom risotto that serves three.
