Ideal ingredient for bread making, also used to make vegetarian steaks and burgers.
Suggestions for use:
To help bread to rise & improve texture & elasticity add 1 tbsp per cup of flour in recipes. To make 'gluten steaks' - a meat alternative often called 'seitan'- mix 1 cup gluten flour with 3/4 cup cold water, knead well then cut the dough into slices & boil in your favourite broth for approx. 1 hour.
